I've been lucky enough to be in the right time and place covering one of the world's most dynamic food scenes. I am passionate about food, cooking and health, as well as the study of happiness and well-being. Originally from Boston, I came to China 21 years ago as a student and later worked as China correspondent for Time Warner's Asiaweek magazine.
